Installing MyUniverse Licenses

MyUniverse license are too long to consider typing therefore
installing a MyUniverse license consists of copying the license text from an
e-mail or document and pasting it into the
‘Enter License’ dialog in MyUniverse.
Copy License to the clipboard
To copy a license from an e-mail or document to the
clipboard, click and drag the mouse over the license text to highlight it. Be
sure to highlight the complete license including the
‘[START LICENSE]’ and
‘[END LICENSE]’ text.
Right-click the mouse and click
‘Copy’ on the popup menu.
Open the Licenses Dialog
In the MyUniverse application, click on the
‘Licenses…’ item in the
‘Help’ menu to open the
‘MyUniverse Licenses’ dialog.
Open the Enter License dialog.
Click on the ‘Install License(s)’ button to open the
‘Enter License’ dialog.
Open the Enter License dialog.
Click the ‘Paste from clipboard’ button. The text box below the button should now
contain the license text from the e-mail or document. Click
‘OK’ to install the license.
MyUniverse will identify what the license is for and update the corresponding
license item in the ‘MyUniverse License’
dialog.
